"Photography is stealing a second from infinity and preserving it forever"
Juan María González
My name is Juan María González. I am from Costa Rica and I am a Photographer. My passion for Photography was introduced into my life by my mother and her love for art. I still remember watching her capturing every activity that my older sisters and I did in our childhood. At 15 years old, I bought my first professional camera after saving my money for more than two years. Since then, I have not stopped taking photographs in any of the phases of my life.
The passion for horses is in my blood. Horses have always been a part of my and my family’s life. I have been riding horses since I was in my mother's womb. To me, the horse is a majestic animal, big and strong, full of magic and tenderness.
That's why, I have had a passion for photography all my life, and horses were some of my first models.
After working for more than 20 years in Business and Marketing between Costa Rica and Spain, I have had the opportunity to become educated and become a professional in this beautiful Art. Photography
I love the ability that photography extends to me allowing me to show a subject in a variety of ways that are as diverse as the people behind the camera. Because photography is stealing a second from infinity and preserving it forever.
Creating art and beauty is my inspiration. Immortalizing the emotions of an instant that will be remembered forever in my photography. The feelings of love for someone, for something, or for what we do.
I consider myself a versatile photographer. I like to work in commercial photography, portraits, events, pets, and Fine Art. However, my specialty is Equestrian Photography.
